Subscription & Billing

How do I start my free trial?

Download LutaBase and tap "Start Free Trial" on the paywall. No charge until the 7-day trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LutaBase → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payment methods supported by your Apple ID — credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Change your plan in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LutaBase.

Account

How do I change my name or profile photo?

Tap Settings in the app → tap your profile at the top → Edit Profile.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, use "Forgot password" to receive a reset email.

Can I use LutaBase on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with your account on any iPhone running iOS 17 or later.

Videos & Recording

Why won't my video upload?

Check your internet connection. Large videos may take a few minutes. Pull down on the Library screen to refresh.

What video formats are supported?

You can import any video from your iPhone camera roll. Recording in-app uses MOV format.

Is there a video size limit?

Individual videos are limited to 500MB. Videos recorded in-app are automatically compressed.

Can I record in landscape?

Yes. Rotate your phone before starting — the app supports portrait and landscape recording.

Training Partners

How do I add a training partner?

Go to the Partners tab → tap the + icon → enter their email address.

My partner didn't receive the invite email.

Check their spam folder. The invite comes from mail.lutabase.com. You can also ask them to sign up first and then search by their email.
